OVERVIEW:
Xpert is a sales training app with a simple, intuitive interface. It includes all essential elements for a 360 training plan and can organize on-site and remote events. Features include registering attendance, reporting, and scheduling for coaches, coordinators and supervisors.

Background
Samsung is a leading technology company that sells a wide range of products, including smartphones, TVs, and home appliances. The company employs a team of promoters to help increase sales and awareness of its products. However, these promoters often have limited training resources and need a way to improve their sales skills quickly and efficiently.
Problem
Samsung promoters were struggling to improve their sales skills and increase product knowledge. They needed a training app that is easy to use and can provide them with the necessary information to help them sell more effectively.

Customer Mindsets
New promoters | “i want to know more about products”
– When they have doubts about products, they ask to their coworkers but they want a tool to guide them in tech features.
Experimented promoters | “a digital guide would be useful”
– Sometimes the technical references are limited to a printed guide, difficult to handle and to search quickly.
User Research
To understand the needs of Samsung promoters, we conducted user research with a group of promoters currently working for the company. Through this research, we discovered that promoters often have limited time to devote to training and need a solution that is easily accessible and can be used on-the-go. They also need a way to track their progress and receive feedback on their performance.

Interactive training modules
The app includes a variety of interactive training modules, such as videos, quizzes, and simulations, to help Samsung promoters learn about the company's products and sales techniques.
Product information
The app includes detailed information about Samsung's products, including specifications, features, and pricing. Allowing promoters to easily reference this information while talking to potential customers.

Gamification
The app includes a training game with leaderboards and rewards, to motivate Samsung promoters to improve their sales skills.
Game dynamics is as follows:
- The promoters have access to this game via the Xpert App.
- Promoters have to solve limited time challenges related to the store management and customer service.
- There are different levels, challenges and type of products.
- At the end of every stage the user earns coins that can be exchanged for real products in the game store, this is part of an incentive program that rewards the promoters by their participation.
- Leaderboards by country, region and local stores.
- A store with real products that can be bought with the earned coins.
- A profile section to define avatars and game preferences.

With the coins-based program, promoters accumulate coins with their completed tasks (evaluations, courses, game challenges) which they can redeem for free products and other perks.

Results
Xpert Training App has been well received by promoters. They have reported an increase in their sales skills and product knowledge since using the app. The app has also helped to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
